One-on-One Integrative Wellness Coaching Packages

Introductory Wellness Coaching Session ($97)

During this hour-long session, we will review your health and wellness goals and co-create an individualized plan based on your unique needs.

Walk & Talk ($97)

A walk & talk integrates wellness coaching and movement in a one-hour session. Let’s take a walk through Golden Gate Park or your favorite outdoor setting in the San Francisco bay area, talk wellness and set goals!

 

Private Cooking Instruction ($150, plus $25 per person for ingredients for up to five participants)

In this 1.5 hour lesson at your home, you’ll learn simple techniques and recipe ideas for incorporating more veggies and healthy alternatives.

I love sharing my passion for cooking, and showing clients that eating whole, natural foods can be just as enjoyable as it is nourishing. Let’s start playing and experimenting in the kitchen to discover your favorite healthy foods! We will take note of what works for you and what doesn’t.

Customized recipes, ingredients and supplies needed to prepare the recipes will be provided by Katie.

I would love to help you navigate the kitchen and establish healthy eating practices for the whole family!
