In this collaborative class, you will learn how to make plant-based and raw desserts including coconut date rolls and coconut cacao chip cookie dough. Other dessert options are available upon request.
We will briefly discuss the benefits of incorporating more plant-based foods into our diet. Your group will work together to make the desserts, and then you will have a chance to taste your sweets!
Recipes for participants, ingredients and supplies needed to prepare the recipes will be provided by Katie.
Duration: 1 hour workshop plus an additional 30 minutes for setup/breakdown
